Eat Green cookery demonstration with Melissa Hemsley at Fine Food Show North

Melissa Hemsley

Cook, writer and champion of sustainable food, Melissa Hemsley will cook three recipes from her latest release, Eat Green at Fine Food Show North in Harrogate on Monday 9 March at 2pm. Demonstrating how to reduce waste, embrace provenance and eat with the seasons, while creating nutritious and delicious dishes, this one-hour session will showcase Melissa’s sustainable creations and provide inspiration for those attending the Guild of Fine Food’s trade-only event. Tailored to the unique needs of patrons, food buyers, retailers and chefs, the cooking demo will be packed with ideas to help businesses stand out from the crowd and limit their impact on the planet.
